What famous person would you like to
have dinner with? This is probably a question everyone, at least once,
through they're heads. This is, of course, only theoretical since the
of us don't have the necessary social standard or that person is
already deceased, but imagination has no boundaries and, if you're
at it you can come very close to the real thing. Thus, this being said,
could meet three famous persons they would probably be Mitch Hedberg
comedian), Audrey Tautou (actress) and, last but not least, Neil
astronaut). I choose these persons minding they're achievements, my
and likes and, of course, curiosity.
Let's start off with Mitch Hedberg.
Mitch was a stand up comedian born in Saint Paul, Minnesota,
February 24, 1968. First time i saw him on stage was while randomly
the Internet and stumbling upon a few videos of him performing. Besides
enormous amount of laughs he gave me, i was drawn to his unique style
unique manner of speech, his abrupt delivery, and an unusual stage
His jokes ware out of the ordinary too, focusing largely on wordplay,
whimsy, and object observations. Here's an example: ''I ordered a
sandwich but I don't think the waitress understood me because she said,
"How would you like your eggs?" So I tried to answer her anyhow. I
said "Incubated, and then raised, and then beheaded, and then plucked
then cut up then put onto a grill then put onto a bun, damn it's gonna
awhile. I don't have time, scrambled!" I saw a couple of
featuring him and I found him to be, other than funny, a very
intelligent person, a stand up comedians' main assets.
His death came as a surprise to me
because I knew him being in good health. This was not the cause of his
but drug toxicity, Mitch being known to take drugs, sometimes referring
in some of his jokes. I have other favorite comedians too, like John
Rowan Atkinson or Dave Chappelle, every one of them having enormous
in my opinion, no match to Mitch Hedberg.
Besides reading, I enjoy watching
movies, the order varies though. Because of all the visual and audio
a movie possesses, 'the picture' is painted for you where while reading
one must imagine the sceneries and sound on his own. Maybe it's the all
tv-addiction or maybe it's out of pure comfort that people tend to
rather then read books. And, as if that wasn't enough, movies have yet
Ase up they're sleeve and that's the actor element. In theory he is
means by which the movie is made, a tool if you will, but, as usually,
differs theory and so actors have become the actual center of the movie
industries, the movies themselves being just additions in they're
Now, that I've stated point of view,
I would like to continue and have dinner with Audrey Tautou. Audrey is
actress, born in the Puy-de-Dôme département of Auvergne,
why she is one of my choices is because I like French movies, although

She is best known for playing 'Amélie Poulain' in
the movie 'Le Fabuleux
Destin d'Amélie Poulain' where I find she did excellent work. She has a
innocence about here, in movies and real life too, that make her stand
the crowd and a very good choice for such roles.
and nominations are not many, quite few if we compare her to Jack
even Clint Eastwood, but that's not necessarily all that defines a good
and if we take into consideration that she is almost at the start of
then she is one of the most promising.
She has also stared in
English-language movies like 'The Da Vinci Code' or 'Dirty Pretty
is, in my opinion, a great achievement. Not any foreign actor can prowl
taking part in the English film industries, yet alone the U.S.
she succeeded in doing so and for that she has assured herself a top
my narrow actors-top.
Cosmonauts have always fascinated me
from when I was little. They appear as some sort of uber-human to me.

nowadays, flying into space is something everyone can do if he is

its' like a very expensive vacation on a cruise ship around the world
the same time above it.
I now come to my last famous person
who I would like to have dinner with, Neil Armstrong.
August 5, 1930 in
Wapakoneta, Ohio, U.S.
he is the first human being to set foot on the moon. Besides the moon
mission he only flew one more time into space but before becoming an
he was an aviator and a test pilot.
I think he achieved some of, not

Some of the reasons why only the
best become astronauts is the training they get, fizical and mental at
time. They are picked from the top university's elite students or, like
from top navy pilots after which they are subjected to rough training
to see if they're body and mind are fit for the job of being an
I believe that human kind will
evolve and in time we will see other 'special' kind of humans who will
represent the first stone set in a great wall of achievements that
mean, though, that others may be forgotten.
